"Deny President Bush's mandate. Deny, deny, deny."

From Katie Couric to Kos, they are hell bent for leather on denying President Bush's mandate.

Then there are the people who are all nuts over maps. Yeesh! I think this comparison says more about the people making and agreeing with it than it does the people they are trying to comment on (i.e. Republicans).

I particularly like when people try to argue that "51% is not a mandate - it's a slight majority." Their golden boy Clinton never got over 50% of the vote. I guess for his 8 years, he didn't have a mandate. Yeah, like the liberals would ever argue that.
