A good sign that the Gannon non-story is dead

I've avoided this issue until now for two reasons: (1) this non-story is not worth my time and (2) other fine blogs (e.g. Powerline and Wizbang) have already performed a post mortem, stuck it in a casket and buried it in the earth. Try as they might, the liberals just can't breathe more life into this non-story. They're trying, though, and now is the time for the most insane moonbat twists to enter the picture. The meltdown continues. Here is the latest from our email inbox: Jeff Gannon and Karl Rove are secretly lovers! I'm not making this up; not only have we heard about this theory via hate mail from lefties, a reader (a sane one, that is) also says this is popping up all over AOL's political discussion sites. It's just about time for the men in white coats to intervene, I think.

They're going to need large doses of sedatives.
