Well, America, time to sleep in the bed you made

I'm not worried about the next two years. Not one bit. Being a Christian, I believe that God "allows" certain people, good or bad, to gain power for a reason. Even His own chosen people, the Jews, were not spared from having evil rulers put over them: from Ahab and Jezebel to the Romans. (FYI, I'm not comparing the Democrats to any of those people.)

On top of that, I really think the American people have forgotten what the U.S. was like with Democrats in control of the Legislative Branch. Once the Democrats start trying to raise taxes and increase spending, people will be reminded. It'll only be two years until this year's elections can be corrected for.

Finally, whatever the Democrats do, they will not and cannot take away the rights and freedoms we have enjoyed for over 200 years, and for that I am immensely thankful.
