I'm sure this is just an innocent oversight
(Yeah, right.)
Back in June of 2007, Michael Moore's "Sicko" was released to about 440 theaters nationwide. The Internet Movie Database (IMDB) featured it prominently at the time, as evidenced by these archives:
Past IMDB front page (look in the left-hand column)
Past IMDB Now Playing (scroll down)
Well, now "Expelled" (the most talked about documentary of the last few months and possibly ever) is upon us and it is opening in over 1000 theaters nationwide. But what do we see on IMDB?
Current IMDB front page
Nothing.
Current IMDB Now Playing
Nothing.
Gee... What liberal bias?
UPDATE: Due to the fact that "Expelled" made a very strong showing and ended up at the #9 spot, IMDB obviously could no longer completely ignore the film anymore and retain any semblance of credibility.
