Yoko Ono's ironic lawsuit against "Expelled"

The makers of "Expelled" used a 10-word sample of John Lennon's "Imagine" in their movie. The song includes the following lyrics:

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world

So I guess Yoko's lawsuit means that John Lennon's song lyrics are exempt from his dream of no possessions, no greed and people sharing.
